AI Ops OS subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Card details, invoices, taxes, and payment confirmation are handled through Paddle checkout and secure billing events.
After Paddle confirms payment, the workspace billing status updates automatically.
For invoice, cancellation, payment method, or plan change requests, contact support with your account email.
A self-serve Paddle customer portal link will be added after the billing API step.
